Privacy Policy
Effective date: 16 August 2026. This policy explains how Premium Fitness Plans handles personal and platform data.
Who we are
Premium Fitness Plans (premiumfitnessplans.com) is a web application for personal trainers and studios. Privacy requests: hello@premiumfitnessplans.com.
Information we collect
We collect account details (name, email, password hash), organization and client profile information you enter, billing references from Stripe, workout and nutrition content you generate or edit, delivery and share-link metadata, and technical logs needed to operate the service (IP address, user agent, timestamps).
How we use information
Data is used to authenticate users, generate and store plans, operate billing and credits, deliver PDFs, provide support, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. AI generation sends the structured requirements you submit to our model provider to produce a draft. A human coach remains responsible for review and approval.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies for sign-in and security, and limited analytics. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Processors we use
We share data only with service providers that help us run the product: hosting, database, authentication, payments (Stripe), email delivery, AI generation, bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), error tracking (BugSink), and privacy-friendly analytics (Umami). We do not sell personal data.
Data retention
We retain account and planning data while your workspace is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated content, subject to records we must keep for billing or law.
Your rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact hello@premiumfitnessplans.com to submit a request. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Security
You are responsible for account credentials and who you invite to your workspace. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
